To register for agility, you must complete the following form, print and sign the general agreement, and bring the completed forms with you on the first night of classes. Submit payment (cash or cheque) on night of first class.

Agility classes - $80.00 for four one hour sessions

We aim to run classes every other month, throughout the year, however exact dates will depend on the number of interested participants, and availability of our trainers.

General Agreement
I/We, the undersigned, agree that the Island Dog Sports club has the right to refuse entry, for cause, which the organizing committee shall deem contrary to AAC or Island Dog Sports rules and/or contrary to safe and acceptable practices.

In consideration of the acceptance of this entry, producing the event, and the opportunity to have my dog participate, I/we agree to hold the organization, Island Dog Sports, including its members, officers and directors, and sponsors, and owners and employees of the premises upon which the event is occurring, harmless from any claims for loss or injury which may be alleged to have occurred or caused directly or indirectly to any person or thing by an act of this dog while in or upon the event premises or grounds or near entrances thereto, and, I/we personally assume all responsibility and liability for any claim. I/we further agree to hold the aforementioned parties harmless from any claim for loss of this dog; by disappearance, theft or otherwise, and from any claim of or damage or injury to the dog, whether such loss, disappearance, theft or otherwise, be caused by or alleged to be caused by negligence of the parties aforementioned, or by negligence of any person, or any other cause or causes. I/we hereby assume the sole responsibility for, and agree to indemnify and save the aforementioned parties harmless from any and all loss and expense (including legal fees) by reason of liability imposed by law upon any of the aforementioned parties for damages because of bodily harm/injuries, including death at any time resulting from injuries thereof, sustained by any person or persons, including myself/ourselves or on account of damage to property, arising out of or in consequence of my/our participation in this event, howsoever such injuries death or damage to property may be caused, whether or not the same may have been alleged to have been caused by negligence of the aforementioned parties or any of their employees or agents or volunteers or any other persons.
